For the 10th consecutive week, WV sportsbooks have sustained their profitable streak, with an impressive nine of those weeks surpassing six-figure earnings.

In addition to generating profits, online sportsbooks are exceeding expectations. Within a mere three weeks, WV sportsbooks at The Greenbrier and Hollywood Casino have surpassed the BetLucky app’s earnings from over two months.

DraftKings and FanDuel have established themselves as top-tier online sportsbooks, and the ongoing college football and NFL seasons only further enhance their reputation.

The momentum surrounding sports betting in the Mountain State appears unstoppable as the WVU Mountaineers get ready to host Texas this weekend. It is expected that sportsbooks will be busier than ever.

For the second consecutive week, The Greenbrier secured the second position, collecting a staggering sum of over $1.1 million in wagers. Impressively, their sportsbook surpassed last week’s achievement by approximately $8,000, setting a remarkable new record.

Despite not having an online sportsbook, Mountaineer had an impressive week, coming in last. Its retail book managed to accumulate close to $950,000 in bets during this period.

Despite a decrease in online revenue, Hollywood has consistently earned a six-figure sum from DraftKings for three consecutive weeks.

The Greenbrier secured the second position this week by leveraging its online platform featuring FanDuel. Out of the total revenue exceeding $100,000 generated by its sportsbook, the online sportsbook accounted for 78% of that amount.

Despite having a successful week in terms of handle, Mountaineer’s revenue report was disappointing. The sportsbook generated slightly less than $85,000, marking its lowest monthly earnings.
